Throughout 2005, partnerships continued to play a central role in all of IICDs activities. Indeed, IICD could not have carried out its work without the commitment and support of its partners; from its local partners on the ground, to likeminded organisations in the development sector, to its private and public sector partners.
The year 2005 was especially significant for IICD as it marked the beginning of its new strategy for 2006-2010. During this phase, the Institute will share the lessons it has learned with the international community and develop new partnerships. Given the scope of the Institutes activities, there is a great deal to share.
