Video on software for development online

The UNDP Asia-Pacific Development Information Programme (UNDP-APDIP) brought together a distinguished panel of experts for a discussion, titled "Software for Development: Is Free/Open Source Software the Answer?" at the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) in Tunis on 18 November 2005.
