To facilitate online surveys, IICD has recently launched an open source tool that helps non-profits in conducting monitoring and evaluation of their programmes.
IICD has developed the software in collaboration with developers from Drostan and Data-Assist. Specifically designed for IICDs target groups, the M&E tool consists of the software package WebEnq version 3, which is developed by two independent system builders.
