Global e-schools and Communities Initiative (GeSCI), an initiative of the UN ICT Task Force, invites proposal of partnerships from public, private and civil society actors. GeSCI works closely with local partners to improve quality of learning by using ICTs in schools.
GeSCI follows a three-pronged guiding principles for partnership:

There be agreement on the GeSCI mission statement regarding ICTs for education

Partnership with GeSCI is non-exclusive and is platform and software neutral

Partners be well-established, stable and viable
